BEEM Technologies Inc. is a Montreal-based enterprise that offers a data platform.

By logging into the application, you accept this Acceptable Use Policy in full.

If you disagree with this Acceptable Use Policy or any part of it, you must not log in.

Your access and actions on the application are governed by:

You may not access the application if you are a direct or indirect competitor or for purposes of monitoring the availability, performance, or functionality of the application or for any other benchmarking or competitive purposes.

In accessing the BEEM Data application, you must comply with the following rules:

Disruption of the application. You may not:

Misuse of the application.

You may not utilize the application to carry out, promote or support:

Content standards within the application.

You have sole responsibility for: (a) the content, accuracy, quality, use and legality of all electronic data, information and materials submitted by you to the application; (b) the security, confidentiality, and use of your access credentials; and (c) preventing unauthorized access to, or use of, the application, and shall notify BEEM promptly of any such unauthorized access or use.

You may not post, send or store any content, documents or materials on the application that:

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy.

In addition to any other remedies that may be available to us, and subject to the suspension protocol set out in Section 3 of the Terms of Service (prior notice except where security, integrity or availability is threatened), BEEM reserves the right to:

Modifications to this Policy. BEEM may amend or modify this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect, by notice to the Client (through the Notification Email Address) in accordance with the Terms of Service, and will be posted on the application. Non-material changes take effect upon their posting. Continued use of the application after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the change, and the objection process set out in the Terms of Service applies.
