Dashboards your leadership team will actually open

Sharp, executive-ready, and built on your real business data.

BEEM is AI dashboard software and a drag-and-drop dashboard builder in one, built on your real connected business data. Describe the view you want and BEEM's AI builds it, or drag and drop your own. Either way you get a clean dashboard people use, not another report nobody reads.

Two Paths

Two ways to build.
One standard of quality.

BEEM gives you two ways to build a dashboard on the same connected data: AI Dashboards build a finished view from a plain-language description, and Classic Dashboards let you drag and drop your own. Some teams want a finished dashboard handed to them. Others want to build and own it themselves. You get the same standard of quality either way.

Your Industry

Industry dashboards: your systems,
your questions, one view

Every industry runs on different systems but wants the same thing from a dashboard: a fast, trustworthy answer. BEEM connects each stack and builds to one standard, whichever path you choose.

Finance dashboard

Finance Dashboards

Finance teams need one number to trust: where they stand against budget, right now. BEEM connects QuickBooks, Sage, and Acomba into a single dashboard that tracks the four metrics a CFO checks first, updated daily with no manual pulls and no waiting for end-of-month close:

  • Cash flow and runway
  • Budget vs. actual variance
  • Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and AR aging
  • Operating profit margin

Construction dashboard

Construction Dashboards

Construction margin quietly leaks in the gap between the field and the office, where progress, costs, and billing rarely line up on the same day. BEEM connects Procore, QuickBooks, and Acomba into a single dashboard that puts job costs, billings, and margin side by side, updated daily instead of rebuilt in a spreadsheet after every draw:

  • Work in progress: % complete vs. % billed
  • Project margin, budgeted vs. actual
  • Cost Performance Index (CPI) by job
  • Over- and under-billing by contract

Distribution dashboard

Distribution Dashboards

Distributors carry their profit in inventory, so the questions that matter are what is moving, what is stuck, and what is shipping on time. BEEM connects the ERP that runs the business, such as SAP or Oracle NetSuite, together with the order and warehouse systems around it, into one dashboard that is updated daily so the picture still holds by the Monday morning meeting:

  • Inventory turnover and days-on-hand
  • Order fill rate (on-time in-full)
  • Gross margin by product line
  • Sales by region
Retail dashboard

Retail Dashboards

Retail and ecommerce teams run on channels that each report differently, which makes a single view of profitability surprisingly hard to hold. BEEM connects Shopify, HubSpot, and the point-of-sale and accounting systems behind them into one dashboard, updated daily, so marketing spend and stock decisions rest on the same set of numbers:

  • Revenue by channel
  • Conversion rate and average order value
  • LTV to CAC ratio
  • Inventory turnover and stockout rate

AI Dashboards

Describe the dashboard you want. Get a finished one back.

AI dashboard software from BEEM turns a plain-language request into a finished, polished dashboard built on your real connected data. Type what you need and the AI builds it card by card, live. Start from your own prompt or pick a suggested dashboard for your workspace, and attach a screenshot or spreadsheet as a reference if you have one. Click any number to drill into row-level detail, and refine by chatting in the side panel. Every version is saved, so reverting is one click. No ticket to the data team, no queue.

Classic Dashboards

Build it once, run it every day, with no per-seat license

The drag-and-drop dashboard builder is for teams who want to own their dashboards day to day. Work in draft mode, arrange charts, KPI cards, tables, and filters on a resizable grid, then publish when it's ready. Your whole team can open it and filter it, with no per-seat license to view. Want it built for you instead? See AI dashboard software above.

Chart Library

Every chart, KPI card, and filter your numbers need

Both build paths draw from the same library, so quality is identical whichever path you take. Every visualization is fully configurable, axes, aggregation, colors, and grouping, without touching code:

  • Charts: bar (vertical, horizontal, stacked, grouped), line with gradient area, pie, doughnut, gauge
  • Tables: sortable, filterable, with column formatting, header colors, and row numbers
  • KPI cards: goal comparisons, delta indicators, prefix and suffix labels, currency formatting, decimal control
  • Filters: dropdown, date range, datetime range, text, number, and boolean, all on the published view, no edit access required
Concentric rings of people the dashboard is shared with
Sharing & Access

Open to the whole team, at exactly the access you set

A dashboard earns its keep once the rest of the team can open it without asking anyone first. Access is granted by role inside the workspace, and the same permissions that govern the datasets govern what a reader sees, so handing someone a view never means handing over the query behind it:

  • Roles: Organization Admin, Editor, and Viewer, assigned per workspace, so a reader gets read-only access to dashboards, datasets, and AI Insights without any edit rights
  • Workspace scope: members only see the workspaces they have been invited to, so several teams can run side by side in one organization without their numbers mixing
  • Shared datasets: a dataset can be shared with another workspace results-only, with the SQL behind it kept hidden
  • Two languages: the interface is fully translated in English and French, and dates follow the reader's locale, so a bilingual team reads the same dashboard

Connected Stack

The dashboard is the last step of a stack BEEM already runs

A chart is only as trustworthy as the pipeline underneath it, which is why the connection, the ingested tables, the transformation, and the schedule all live in the same platform rather than in three tools stitched together:

  • Connections: 750+ connectors spanning ERPs, CRMs, accounting, project management, ecommerce, and databases, added through a wizard that tests the credentials before it deploys
  • Datalake: every ingested source table in one browser, with its schema, a data preview, row counts, and the time of its last sync
  • Warehouse: SQL transformations that run on the schedule you set, with every change versioned and any earlier version restorable
  • Quality tests: SQL assertions that run on each refresh, set as warnings or as blockers that stop a bad dataset from deploying

Q&A About BEEM Dashboards

Frequently Asked Questions

What is an AI dashboard?

An AI dashboard is one you describe in plain language instead of assembling by hand. You write what you want to see, and BEEM returns a fully rendered dashboard of charts, KPI metrics, and tables, each one wired to a live query against your own datasets. From there you can click into any value to open the rows behind it, or describe a change in the side panel and have the dashboard updated for you.

How does an AI dashboard work?

Your description is turned into a plan for the page, then into the individual cards, and then into the query that sits behind each card, with a review pass before anything is shown. Cards appear one at a time as each query resolves, so the dashboard fills in progressively rather than making you wait for the whole page. All of it runs on AWS Bedrock inside your own cloud environment, and every generation, edit, and publish is kept as a version you can review or roll back to.

Can BEEM build a dashboard automatically from my data?

Yes. You can either describe the dashboard you want or pick one of the suggestions BEEM generates for your workspace, and either way the result is built on your real connected data rather than on sample content. You can also attach reference files, such as an image, a PDF, or a spreadsheet, to steer the look or supply a spec, and you can choose a brand theme and a visual style or let BEEM select them.

Do I need to know SQL or a BI tool?

No. AI Dashboards are built from a written description, the classic builder is drag-and-drop on a resizable grid, and AI Insights answers questions about your data in plain language. SQL is available in the Warehouse for the people who want it, but nothing on the dashboard side depends on it.

Do I need a data warehouse to build dashboards?

No, because one is included. BEEM runs a built-in warehouse on Amazon Redshift, so your connected sources land somewhere queryable without you buying, sizing, or maintaining separate storage. Transformations run there on the schedule you set, which is what keeps the dashboards sitting on top of them consistent.

What's the difference between BEEM and Power BI directly?

Power BI sits at the top of the stack and draws the charts; it still expects the connectors, the storage, and the modelled data to be handled somewhere else. BEEM covers that lower half, with 750+ connectors, a built-in Redshift warehouse, and a SQL transformation layer, and then adds dashboards of its own, whether you build them by hand or generate them. The two are not mutually exclusive, so if your team is committed to Power BI, BEEM can feed it clean, modelled data instead of replacing it.

Why can't I connect my software directly to Power BI?

For one system and a small report you often can, but it stops scaling quickly, because each business system exposes its data differently, nothing joins across them, and every refresh goes back to the source application. Combining an ERP, a CRM, and an accounting system means landing them all in one place and modelling them first. That is the work BEEM does underneath: ingesting each source into the Datalake, transforming it in the Warehouse on a schedule, and handing a clean dataset to whatever draws the chart.

Do viewers need a paid license?

No. Access is governed by the role you assign inside the workspace, so someone given the Viewer role gets read-only access to dashboards, datasets, and AI Insights without any edit rights. BEEM is priced as a plan for the organization rather than by the number of people reading a dashboard.

Where does my data live?

In your own dedicated AWS environment, hosted in the Canadian ca-central-1 region rather than pooled with other customers. The AI features run on AWS Bedrock inside that same environment, so your data is not sent somewhere else to be analysed. BEEM is SOC 2, PIPEDA, and GDPR compliant, and Monitor keeps a complete audit trail of every event in the workspace.

How fast can we have our first dashboards?

Most teams have their first dashboards in as little as two weeks: the connections go in during the first week, and there are numbers to review in the second. Once the connections are live, generating a dashboard from a description is something you do in the app rather than a project you schedule. If you would rather see it before committing, the proof of concept program is built around that same two-week window.

Your competitive advantage is waiting for you.
