Is it really free?

Yes. The mockup and the 30-minute walkthrough cost nothing. No credit card, no commitment. Seeing your own dashboard tells you in one meeting whether BEEM is for you.

Who sees what I send you?

Only the BEEM data team working on your mockup. Your description and any file you add are stored encrypted in our Canadian environment, never shared, and deleted on request. Nothing connects to your systems at this stage.

Is my data secure?

Yes. BEEM runs on AWS in Canada, with encryption in transit and at rest, access limited to the people working on your account, and no data connection until you decide to go ahead. Our data security page has the details.

What do you need from me?

Five minutes. Three sentences on the dashboard you want, plus your work email, your name and your role. A spreadsheet or report you use today makes the mockup closer to what you meant.

Is it connected to my data?

No. The mockup is a designed prototype with realistic sample numbers. Connecting your real systems is the next step, if you decide to go ahead. First live dashboards on your data take about two weeks.

Can I do this in French?

Yes. Write the form in French, and the mockup and the walkthrough will be in French too.

Who builds it?

BEEM's data team, using the same AI dashboard generator we use on client projects. A person reviews every mockup before it goes out.

Can I show it to my board?

Yes. The PDF and the link are yours to share with anyone in your company.

What happens after I receive it?

Show it to your team. If you want, book the 30-minute walkthrough. We take one round of adjustments and explain what running it on your data would involve. No follow-up pressure either way.

What do you do with my information?

We use it to build your mockup and to follow up about it. Marketing emails only if you tick the box. Details in our privacy policy.

Why only 10?

Each mockup is reviewed by a person and built to your description. Ten per round keeps the next-business-day promise honest.

What does it cost after the mockup?

Nothing until you decide to connect your data. The walkthrough covers pricing in plain numbers, and there is no obligation after the mockup.

Do I need my IT team?

Not for the mockup. If you go ahead, BEEM connects to your systems with 750+ connectors. Your IT team is involved only to grant access.
