These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the websites operated by BEEM Technologies Inc. ("BEEM", "we", "us"), including https://www.beemdata.com/ (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
These Terms of Use govern the Site only. Use of the BEEM Data Platform is governed by the Terms of Service and, where applicable, the Professional Services (ADS) Terms & Conditions.
The Site and all of its content - including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, page layouts, software and documentation - are the property of BEEM or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. BEEM, the BEEM logo and related marks are trademarks of BEEM Technologies Inc. No right or license to any content or mark is granted by your use of the Site, other than the limited right to view the Site for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may view, download and print pages of the Site for your personal or internal business use, provided you keep all proprietary notices intact. You may not, without BEEM's prior written consent: (a) reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit Site content; (b) use automated tools (robots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract Site content, except for standard search engine indexing; (c) frame or mirror the Site; (d) interfere with the operation or security of the Site; (e) extract or use Site content for the training of artificial intelligence models; or (f) use the Site for any unlawful purpose.
If you submit information through the Site (forms, demo requests, applications), you represent that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Personal Data submitted through the Site is handled in accordance with our Website Privacy Policy.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or content. BEEM does not control and is not responsible for such websites or content, and a link does not imply endorsement.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", for general information purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEEM disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site, including accuracy, completeness, availability and non-infringement. Product information on the Site is subject to change; the terms applicable to any purchase are those set out in the applicable quote and contractual documents.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BEEM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
We may update the Site and these Terms of Use from time to time. The version published on the Site applies as of its effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, and the federal laws applicable therein. Any dispute arising from the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec.
If any provision of these Terms of Use is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and BEEM with respect to the use of the Site. BEEM's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it at a later time.
