What happens if you don't have a pre-built connector for our system?

BEEM builds custom connectors as needed. If your system has an API or database export, connection is possible. Most custom connectors take 2-4 weeks to develop and are included in your service.

How much does each additional integration cost?

Integrations are included in your subscription up to your plan limit. You're not charged per connector - add as many sources as you need within your tier.

When a software vendor changes their API, do we have to fix our integrations?

No, BEEM maintains all connectors. When Salesforce releases a new API version, BEEM updates the connector before it affects you. You don't monitor vendor release notes or scramble to fix broken connections.

Can we connect to on-premise databases and legacy systems?

Yes, through secure tunneling or VPN connections. Companies with 15-year-old SQL Server databases successfully connect alongside modern SaaS tools.

How long does each integration take to set up?

Standard SaaS integrations run in 15-30 minutes. Database connections might take a few hours for firewall configuration. Complex ERP systems could take 2-3 days for initial mapping.

Can we sync data bi-directionally or just pull data into our warehouse?
